When an alarm occurs, we will receive a call from the monitoring company who monitors your alarm system.

The first responder to the scene is a uniformed Valley Hawk security guard who will inspect the alarmed area. If there is any indication of criminal activity, the RCMP will be called immediately.

We are dedicated to property protection and therefore are not being called to the same time-consuming incidents that the RCMP have to attend to — which results in much faster response times.
